By accessing, registering on, or using the c7c7 platform at https://c7c7.onl (hereinafter "the Platform", "c7c7", "we", "us", or "our"), you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of c7c7 following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and c7c7 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of whatever nature between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof.

Access to and use of the c7c7 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, each of which must be satisfied at all times while a Player account remains active:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. c7c7 operates a strict 21+ policy. Proof of age may be requested at any time, and accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any funds forfeited.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and at the time of each gaming session and betting transaction.

c7c7 reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill confirming residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one account on the c7c7 Platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying characteristic — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such circumstances, c7c7 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and casino rounds, and forfeit all associated balances without prior notice.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. c7c7 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to keep account information current and accurate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify c7c7 immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. c7c7 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard your credentials.

c7c7 may require mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) for account login, particularly for accounts with high transaction volumes or where unusual activity has been detected. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA voluntarily via their account security settings.

c7c7 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment method availability may change from time to time; the current list of supported methods is displayed in the cashier section of your account.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method and by the verification status of your account.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. c7c7 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from an account not registered in the Player's name, c7c7 reserves the right to return the funds to the originating account and suspend the Player's c7c7 account pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Before your first withdrawal is processed, c7c7 may require you to submit copies of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport, a selfie, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Verification documents are reviewed within one (1) business day in normal circumstances. c7c7 processes verified withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals: typically within sixty (60) minutes of approval.
• Rocket and Upay withdrawals: typically within two (2) hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals: within one (1) to two (2) business days of approval, depending on the recipient bank's processing schedule.

c7c7 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which c7c7 accepts no responsibility. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

c7c7 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the promotion is offered, which may include minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry deadlines.

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is twenty-five times (25x) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full. Any winnings generated from bonus funds that exceed the maximum cashout cap specified in the promotion terms will be removed from the account balance upon withdrawal.

c7c7 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice if it determines that the offer has been or is being abused, misused, or exploited in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Indicators of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of low-margin wagers to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinated play between associated accounts.

A Player may only participate in each promotion once, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Players found to be using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times will have their accounts suspended and associated balances forfeited.

All sports betting activity on the c7c7 Platform is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules published in the betting section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these general rules and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule shall take precedence.

• A bet is only deemed accepted when it is confirmed in the Player's bet history with a unique bet reference number. Bets placed but not confirmed due to technical failure are not valid and will not be settled.
• c7c7 reserves the right to restrict maximum bet amounts on individual markets, events, or sports at its sole discretion, including for risk management purposes.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), c7c7 reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of their settlement status. A palpable error is defined as odds that are materially inconsistent with the true market price for the event at the time the bet was placed.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data. c7c7 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without prior notice.
• For cricket, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all international fixtures involving Bangladesh, specific match and series rules apply. Details are available in the cricket betting rules section of the Platform.
• c7c7 will not be liable for any failure of a third-party data provider to supply accurate or timely information that affects the settlement of bets.

All casino games available on the c7c7 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and game shows — are supplied by certified third-party game studios. • Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools, or artificial intelligence systems to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, match-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.

c7c7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player fails to complete required identity verification within the stipulated period.
• The Player is found to be under the age of 21.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. c7c7 will make reasonable attempts to notify the Player before closing an inactive account and returning any remaining balance via the Player's last registered payment method.
• c7c7 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.

Players may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled according to normal rules and any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within five (5) business days.

c7c7's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

c7c7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. c7c7 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.

c7c7 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
